To open and operate an account on 97fbajee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 97fbajee does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing 97fbajee voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by 97fbajee.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or conducting transactions on 97fbajee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

97fbajee applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all player accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification — before making withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime if 97fbajee reasonably requires verification of your identity or age.

Any account found to have been opened by or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds held in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited. 97fbajee will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to the discovery and closure of the account.

97fbajee processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladesh bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on 97fbajee is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 97fbajee, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own daily transaction caps. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 97fbajee balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on processing times at the receiving institution.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party wallets or bank accounts are strictly prohibited. If 97fbajee identifies a deposit originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 97fbajee are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 97fbajee aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your payment provider.

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, 97fbajee may require you to complete identity verification by submitting supporting documents. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal delays. 97fbajee reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 97fbajee and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Collusion: Any attempt to defraud 97fbajee or other players through collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other dishonest scheme.
• Money Laundering: Using 97fbajee for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh or international law.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds in the 97fbajee platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of an error may be voided.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or conduct transactions on your behalf without explicit written consent from 97fbajee.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) for any transaction processed legitimately by 97fbajee. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal recovery action for any outstanding balance.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account for any reason, including to circumvent self-exclusion or bonus restrictions.
• Impersonation: Accessing another player's 97fbajee account, or using another person's payment details, identity documents, or credentials for any purpose on the platform.

97fbajee monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of these conduct rules. During an investigation, 97fbajee may temporarily suspend an account and freeze withdrawals without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97fbajee, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use 97fbajee or its services.

97fbajee does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay.
• Any particular game result, bet outcome, or odds calculation will be free from technical error.
• The platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components (though we take all reasonable steps to ensure security).

In the event of a platform error — including but not limited to an odds calculation error, a game malfunction, or an incorrect bonus credit — 97fbajee reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the error. 97fbajee will notify affected players via their registered email address where practically possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 97fbajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

97fbajee may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The "Effective" date shown in the hero section above will be updated to reflect when the current version came into force. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 97fbajee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. However, 97fbajee is not obligated to provide individual notice for minor clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates that do not substantively alter your rights or obligations.

If you do not agree with any revised version of these Terms, you must cease using 97fbajee immediately and contact the support team to close your account and withdraw your balance. Continued use of 97fbajee after any revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.
